This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform, regardless of whether you have completed account registration. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and refrain from creating an account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be subject to suspension without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. quenph strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password and that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify quenph immediately so that appropriate security measures can be applied. quenph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Account information, including registered name, date of birth, and payment details, must remain accurate at all times; players are responsible for keeping this information updated.

All financial transactions on the quenph platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your quenph account are from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use the payment method presented. In cases of suspected fraud or security risk, quenph may place a temporary hold on an account and its associated balance while an investigation is conducted, without prior notice to the account holder. If a suspension or closure is determined to be in error following investigation, quenph will take reasonable steps to restore account access and any legitimate balance. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting quenph's support team; any remaining balance that is verified as legitimate will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy review in line with quenph's internal policies. quenph is under no obligation to keep accounts open indefinitely and may exercise its right to close accounts in accordance with this section at any time.
